This mincer has a good capacity of eight pounds per minute and is built with a stainless steel cabinet and removable stainless steel platter.  This mincer will handle the mincing needs for almost any restaurant, meat market, or hotel.

The transmission is pre-lubricated, helicoidally gear driven, and designed for long life.  The feed chute and grinding mechanism are constructed of tin plated cast iron, are integral and are removable without the use of tools for easy cleaning.

This model is designed for counter top use.  Sanitation, ease of cleaning and high output make it suitable for virtually and grinding job.
